Questions about Corporate Documents

Does every change of director need a new deed?

Yes. Changes in management are set out in a deed and notified to the Ministry of Law.

Which changes need approval rather than just notification?

Changes to certain articles of association, such as the name, domicile, purposes and objectives, and authorized capital, require approval from the Ministry of Law.

I've lost my old deed. What can I do?

You can request a copy from the notary who made it. We can help track it down if needed.
